Selects the amount of time that the radio waits for a response from the DVRS before retrying its data packet during Fast Retries. This feature applies for the current DVRS Conventional System. Time is in milliseconds (ms).
When the System Type field is set to "DVRS", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
